These Terms govern your use of this website and any purchase of nicotine, tobacco or related products from us in Australia. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Listing a product is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example stock errors, suspected fraud, or regulatory issues) and will notify you and refund authorised payments where required. Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice for future orders. Payment is taken via our listed gateways; chargebacks for delivered legitimate orders may result in account restrictions.

5. Shipping and risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Title and risk pass according to our Shipping & Delivery policy. Provide a complete, accessible delivery address. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or incorrect address details you supplied.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes ACL consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

7. Prohibited use

You must not: buy for anyone under 18; resell where prohibited; scrape the site abusively; interfere with security; or use the site for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and logos are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission except for personal non-commercial viewing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from misuse of nicotine products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the ACL requires otherwise.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state/territory in which we primarily operate. Courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
